Deborah Housser, originally an architectural draftsman and graphic designer, was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, and moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia, at the age of 16. She now lives and works in a lovely, historic house, which also happens to be haunted. Deborah loves bright primary colours, architecture, and the work of impressionist painters. Her sense of humour, and her cat, the lovely Lillian, all influence the style and subject matter of her work.
